Full replacement rather than overcladding

Removing the old roofline allows the condition of the supporting timber and roof edge to be assessed before replacement boards are fitted. Simply covering existing timber does not address any deterioration hidden behind it. For this Beetham installation, the agreed work was a full strip-down and replacement.

Agate grey uPVC fascias and soffits

The agate grey finish gives the roof edge a softer contrast against the stone walls and dark slate roof. The fascia forms the visible vertical edge behind the gutter, while the soffit closes the underside of the eaves. Using matching boards brings the two surfaces together visually.

Why choose a low-maintenance uPVC roofline?
